Gaunacaste is found in the North Pacific region of Costa Rica,
which is in the northwest quarter of Costa Rica. It is known
for is for extremely sunny days, because the sun is one thing
that never leaves this region. All along the coast in this region
you will find many people sunbathing.
Two mountain regions border the Guanacaste region; the Cordillera
de Tilaran and the Cordillera do Guanacaste. These mountain
ranges make this region breathtaking. Cattle ranches are found
throughout this region of Costa Rica. While traveling through
this region you will see homes surrounded by green pastures
and grazing cows. As in American culture, many of these ranches
