Not
too long ago, Sámara was a tiny fishing and farming
community where the soccer field was the hub of activity and
development was limited to a few cabinas, sodas, and the simple
houses of easy-going locals. But with one of Costa Rica's cleanest,
prettiest, and most swimmable beaches, this little village was
eventually discovered by vacationing foreigners and ticos, who
now come in droves to let the warm, powdery white sand and pristine
blue waters take away all their worries. Luckily, Sámara
isn't nearly as busy and commercial as many of Costa Rica's
hot spots, so when the waves wash away all footprints, everyone
can
feel like they're discovering this national treasure for the
very first time. Hostels in Playas del Samara |
